Street traders and small businesses in London’s West End to be pushed out

The Independent reports that the New West End Company BID has gained support from City of Westminster to move street traders and small shops out of parts of London’s West End. The New West End Company as been operating for several years now and the BID levy is charged to those businesses having a rateable value above £250,000.
